Life Coaching for Women: About Me

My Background

When my mother passed away at twenty-two, I carried deep regret, pain, and a thousand what-ifs. Years later, when my father died, I felt unanchored.

Even with seven siblings, I felt like an orphan - unsure of who I was without them and searching for a new kind of normal and purpose.

Grief has a way of reshaping us; it asks who we are without the people who have known us best and who we are willing to become after losing them. That search for meaning has shaped every part of my life and my work in supporting people through transitions.

For more than twenty-five years in the federal public service, I've led teams, guided programs, and helped organizations translate vision into measurable results.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and a Graduate Diploma in Social Innovation - yet my greatest lessons have come from lived experience.

Alongside my professional achievements, I've faced anxiety, imposter syndrome, and the weight of others' expectations. I know what it's like to silence your own voice for fear of judgment - to second-guess what feels right because it might not be understood.

Whether choosing gastric bypass surgery or stepping into coaching, I often found myself asking: What will people think? It took time, courage, and compassion to realize that authenticity, not approval, is what truly creates peace.

Through Perspective. Possibility. Power. Coaching, I bring these lived lessons to my work with women facing major transitions - the expected and the unthinkable. Together, we create a safe space to honor loss, rediscover strength, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Because even in life's hardest moments, there is always a way to rebuild meaning, reconnect to purpose, and find your own light again. If my story resonates with you, let's connect.
